Studio 12 Exhibition

Studio Artist Anthony Hunt's practice spans sculpture, painting, photography and digital technology to address questions related to minimalism and site specific installation. In Studio 12, Hunt exhibited a large-scale photograph of a blank sheet of watercolour paper. As much a facsimile of a sheet of paper as it was a sheet of paper itself, Neutral played on the drama between presence and representation. Inside this object, both the real and the represented contested in a struggle to be seen as the piece of paper, with the viewer accorded the role of the judge.
