CHAD CHATTERTON

Chatterton was a Gertrude studio artist between 1999 and 2001. Chatterton's practice dwels on the construction and experience of place. He held teaching roles focused on environment art development at both RMIT University in Melbourne and the IT University of Copenhagen as artist-in-residence. He has exhibited installation work in Australian galleries, written for art publications such as Art and Text, received several grants and artist residencies including the Australia Council Artist Studio in Tokyo, and has presented on the creation of virtual worlds, touching on art and architecture. Chatterton currently lives and works in Sweden.
