TRAVELS IN TIME

Travels in Time presented the work of six artists whose practices might be understood to have their foundation in drawing, space and temporality. Works included Emily Floyd’s vast three dimensional spatialisation of the nineteenth novel Crime and Punishment; Newton Armstrong’s intricately crafted musical score, Andrew McQualter’s philosophical wall drawing action plan, Micah Lexier’s series of drawings determined by temporal duration, Sally Ross’ series of fragile ink and gouache drawings, and Krishnamurtu Suparka’s carefully choreographed pedagogical environment.
