In 2000, as a flagship project of 200 Gertrude Street's annual exhibition program, Gertrude Studio Artists presented the work of 17 tenanted artists, among the most promising of their generation. Reflecting the strength and diversity of practices at 200 Gertrude Street, this exhibition presented innovative and experimental art practices across a diverse range of disciplines including painting, sculpture, installations and photography.
